However, in my mind. There are 2 kinds of people in this world. Followers and Pioneers
Followers: Create hunge of reasons to stop himself to step first, only watching others success people.
Pioneers: Create and accept CHANGE and FAILURE. Thus, they are looking for a change.
Therefore, Pioneers will invest a property where will be a CHNAGE

今朝睇每日樓市都有講新界既樓,97年有過萬蚊既成交,而家都係4千幾5千.我諗絕對係書係地理位置.以上有些新盤既位置都幾差.冇私家車都好煩下.所以我認為呢D樓升就會少過大市但係下跌就唔同你客氣.
