  1. Dear Mr. 脫苦海,
    I recently sold my apartment and now wants to buy a new one for living purpose soon. Timing might not be the best now. Wife and I prefer to choose one with good location, so we have Kowloon Station/Olympic station/ Homantin/Kowloon Tong in mind (we prefer to choose living in Kowloon). We might have children in future and our budget would be 12M to 18M. Any opinions please and why?
    [Hong回覆03/03/2012 14:23:01]君頣峯 is one of the best in Homantin and we are considering that too. If it's that close to hospital and the harbour view not including "大酒店", it'll be even better. But perfection does not exist in real life, thx though

Yet it's building quality's quite poor, what a pity. 逸瓏 is new but quite expensive. What is your opinion about Coronation Mr. 脫. I've walked around the construction site recently, it'll be much better only after 高鐵's completed like 3 yr later.
    [版主回覆02/28/2012 23:22:34]如果是為子女的話,九龍塘是41校網,國際學校又集中;如果考慮保值,奧運站及九龍塘較理想,因為九龍站太貴,而何文田地段不及九龍塘

  3. 你好,本人尖沙咀自往物業被收購,對於收購價是否理想完全沒有概念,請指點一下,如果想往尖沙咀或佐敦應如何選擇?見閣下大多建議大家購買大屋苑,是否不應買單棟樓呢?謝謝
    [版主回覆02/28/2012 23:32:36]收購價受很多因素影響,例如折舊、剩餘地積之類,很難一概而論。尖沙咀大多數住宅都是單幢樓或者是規模較細的屋苑(例如嘉文花園),缺點是成交疏落
