\/>\nSheet)\u8868\u793a\uff1b\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u5728\u67d0\u4e00\u5e74\u5168\u5e74\u8cfa\u6216\u8755\u662f\u6d41\u52d5\u6982\u5ff5(Flow Concept)\uff0c\u4ee5\u640d\u76ca\u8868( Profit and Loss \/><\/figure>\n<p>\u9019\u5169\u7a2e\u770b\u4f3c\u7c21\u55ae\u7684\u6771\u897f\u4e00\u6a23\u6709\u4eba\u6df7\u6dc6\uff0c\u6709\u4eba\u5c07\u4e16\u754c\u5bcc\u8c6a\u64c1\u6709\u7684\u8cc7\u7522\u8207\u7576\u5e74\u7684\u570b\u6c11\u751f\u7522\u7e3d\u503c\u4f5c\u767e\u4efd\u7387\u6bd4\u8f03\uff0c\u5f97\u51fa\u67d0\u5bcc\u8c6a\u64c1\u6709\u8a72\u570b\u67d0\u500b\u767e\u4efd\u6bd4\u7684\u8ca1\u5bcc\uff0c\u4f3c\u4e4e\u8a00\u4e4b\u6210\u7406\uff0c\u4f46\u4e0d\u80fd\u7d93\u904e\u7406\u6027\u7684\u6aa2\u9a57\u3002\u5bcc\u8c6a\u7684\u8cc7\u7522\u662f\u5e7e\u5341\u5e74\u7a4d\u5b58\u7684\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u662f\u7a4d\u5b58\u6982\u5ff5(Stock)\uff1b\u570b\u6c11\u751f\u7522\u503c\u662f\u8a72\u5e74\u6bcf\u4e00\u500b\u570b\u6c11\u6536\u5165\u7684\u7e3d\u548c\uff0c\u662f\u6d41\u52d5\u6982\u5ff5(Flow)\u30022006\u5e74\u9999\u6e2f\u672c\u5730\u751f\u7522\u7e3d\u503c\u662f14,723\u5104\u5143\uff0c2006\u5e74\u6709\u4eba\u63a8\u7b97\u674e\u5609\u8aa0\u5148\u751f\u64c1\u67092,460\u5104\u5143\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebc\u53ef\u5426\u8aaa\u674e\u5148\u751f\u64c1\u6709\u5168\u6e2f16.7%\uff08\u5927\u7d04\u516d\u4efd\u4e4b\u4e00\uff09\u7684\u8ca1\u5bcc\u5462\uff1f\u5f88\u660e\u986f\u9019\u662f\u5c07\u7a4d\u5b58\u8207\u6d41\u52d5\u4f5c\u51fa\u932f\u8aa4\u7684\u6bd4\u8f03\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6240\u4ee5\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u9700\u8981\u91d0\u6e05\u67d0\u4e00\u4ef6\u767c\u751f\u5728\u4e0a\u5e02\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u4e8b\u60c5\u662f\u5f71\u97ff\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u8cc7\u7522\u503c\u9084\u662f\u76c8\u5229\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u8fd1\u5e74\u7121\u8ad6\u9999\u6e2f\u6216\u570b\u5167\u7684\u6703\u8a08\u88fd\u5ea6\u5747\u8981\u8207\u570b\u969b\u6a19\u6e96\u63a5\u8ecc\uff0c\u56e0\u800c\u5c0d\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u8cc7\u7522\u53ca\u76c8\u5229\u767c\u751f\u91cd\u5927\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\u9999\u6e2f\u6703\u8a08\u6e96\u5247\u7b2c40\u865f\u300c\u6295\u8cc7\u7269\u696d\u300d\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u9700\u8981\u628a\u6295\u8cc7\u7269\u696d\u516c\u5e73\u503c(Fair Value )\u7684\u8b8a\u5316\u53cd\u6620\u65bc\u640d\u76ca\u8868\u4e2d\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u7269\u696d\u91cd\u4f30\u7684\u589e\u503c\u8207\u6e1b\u503c\u5747\u5f71\u97ff\u7576\u5e74\u7684\u76c8\u5229\u3002\u4f46\u9019\u985e\u300c\u64a5\u6578\u5f0f\u300d\u7684\u76c8\u5229\u8b8a\u52d5\uff0c\u4e26\u672a\u80fd\u53cd\u6620\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u771f\u5be6\u76c8\u5229\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u57fa\u672c\u5206\u6790\u8005\u5fc5\u5b9a\u8981\u7d30\u95b1\u5e74\u5831\u7684\u5167\u5bb9\uff0c\u4e0d\u61c9\u4f9d\u8cf4\u901a\u544a\u4e0a\u7684\u7c97\u7565\u6578\u5b57\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u6703\u8a08\u5831\u8868\u662f\u300c\u73fe\u91d1\u6d41\u8868\u300d(Cash Flow Statement)\u3002\u5982\u679c\u5c07\u8cc7\u7522\u6de8\u503c\u6bd4\u4f5c\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u8eab\u9ad4\uff0c\u5247\u73fe\u91d1\u662f\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u8840\u6db2\u3002\u5f88\u591a\u516c\u53f8\u5012\u9589\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u8017\u76e1\u4e86\u8cc7\u7522\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u7528\u76e1\u4e86\u73fe\u91d1\u540c\u6642\u6301\u6709\u7684\u8cc7\u7522\u4e0d\u80fd\u5957\u73fe\u3002\u7576\u5e74\u53f1\u5412\u98a8\u96f2\u7684\u6021\u548c\u96c6\u5718(Jardine
